Tiffany hails from Australia and has made Dwight Ontario her home since 2012. Tiffany has embedded herself in the community through the many volunteer opportunities she has been involved in. Tiffany has been an entrepreneur most of her life and co-founded one of the first human-horse therapy programs. Tiffany began Muskoka Dippin Dots as a way of gaining a greater connection to the community. She now brings smiles to everyone big and small as she dishes out dots of ice cream.
Dippin’ Dots are beads of cryogenically frozen ice cream – that means it’s super cold! We use high quality ice cream ingredients, the same found in regular ice cream, and flash freeze it into tiny beads. In other words, we freeze it really fast at extremely cold temperatures, -320ºF to be exact!
You’ve probably seen Dippin’ Dots at theme parks, malls, fairs, festivals, movie theaters, stadiums and arenas. All of your favorite fun places! Franchisees sell Dippin’ Dots in malls and stores, as well as local events. And now you can get them locally in the Muskoka.
In order to maintain their fun shape, Dippin’ Dots must be stored at -40ºF, much colder than regular ice cream. Most grocery store freezers, and home freezers, aren’t cold enough to hold Dippin’ Dots; therefore, we do not sell them at traditional ”take home” outlets. You must come and visit us at one of summer locations and look for us at your local fairs and festivals.
